~transmitting copy of letter of Messrs. Britton & Gray, Attorneys

~for the State, and List No. 2 of Indemnity School Selections"

Disapproved was received.



~On motion, it was,"



~    RESOLVED, that the selection (5 in number) on List No. 2"

~    from the State Register's Office, be abandoned as Indemnity"

    School Selection and reselected under the State Prison Grant.



~On motion, the Board ajourned to meet at the call of the Presi-"

dent.
