The Board of Regents met pursuant to adjournment.  Present:

C. C. Batterman and A. N. Fisher.



The matter of proposals for lands was taken up and awards were

made as per List of Awards No. 1 on file in the State Land

~Office.  It appearing that owing to a change of Officers, the"

~State's application for lands, formerly known as the U. S."

~Timber Reserve, has not been acted upon in the local U. S. Land"

~Office, the State Register was directed to file another appli-"

cation for said lands in part satisfaction of the Internal

Improvement Grant.



~On motion, the Board adjourned to meet at the call of the"

President.
