A meeting of the Board of Regents was held pursuant to the call
of the President.  Present:  C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.

A communication from the State Register under date November 5 was
read, ordered on file (see file Mm) and selection of lands ap-
plied for by Aaron Denio, 320 acres, and by Sarah C. Lock, 160
acres, was ordered made under the Public Building Grant.
A communication from the same under date November 9 was read,
ordered on file (see file Nn), and selection of lands applied for
by Robert Burge, 160 acres, was ordered made under the Internal
Improvement Grant.

A communication from the same under date November 21 was read,
ordered on file (see file Oo), and selection of land applied for
by D. W. Litchfield was directed to be made under the Internal
Improvement Grant, for 160 acres.
