A meeting of the Board of Regents was held pursuant to the call

of the President. Present: H. G. Blasdel, C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.
A communication from the State Register under date October 26
was read and ordered on file (see file Kk).
A communication from the same under date October 29 was read,
ordered on file (see file Ll), and selection of the S.W. 1/4
of the S.W. 1/4 of Section 29, J12 N. R.20 E., 40 acres, applied
for by A. F. Dressler was ordered under Internal Improvement
Grant.
It was ordered that the Secretary file abandonment of application
for selection of S.E. 1/4 of Section 34, J16 N. R.19 E., and S.E.
1/4 Section 14, J16 N. R.21 E., under Indemnity Grant, and order
application for the same under the Act of Congress, approved
June 8, 1868.
