The Board of Regents met pursuant to the call of the President.

Present:  C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.



C. N. Noteware, to whom was referred application of A. W. Pray,

reported that said Pray is entitled to the tract described on

account of valuable improvements.



A communication from the State Register under date July 18, 1868

was read, ordered on file (see file "Ff"), and selection of N.W.

fractional 1/4 of Section 15, J13 N. R.18 E., lying on east shore

of Lake Tahoe, 152 13/100 acres, applied for by A. W. Pray, ac-

cepted as 160 acres under Public Building Grant.



A communication from the State Register under date July 31 was

read, ordered on file (see file "Gg"), and selection of the S.W.

1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 23, J15 N. R.19 E., 40 acres,

ordered under Internal Improvement Grant on application of F. D.

Todd.  Consideration of the application of H. C. Lillie was

deferred until return of absent member of the Board.
