A meeting of the Board of Regents was held at the Office of the

Governor pursuant to the call of the President.  Present:  H. G.

Blasdel and A. N. Fisher.



A communication from the State Register under date July 9, 1868

was read, ordered on file (see file "Dd"), and selection of N.E.

1/4 of Section 10, J17 N. R.20 E., 40 acres on application of

John Munson was ordered for 80 acres under the Internal Improve-

ment Grant, instead of Public Building Grant, as per action of

30th net.  The application of Captain Pray was referred to the

Selecting Agent.
