                          December 27, 1867



The Board of Regents met pursuant to adjournment at the Office

of the Superintendent of Public Instruction.  Present:  H. G.

Blasdel, C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.



On motion, it was,



    RESOLVED, that the compensation of the State Mineralogist

    be fixed at two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) per month

    from and after December 7, 1867.



Adjourned to meet at the call of the President.
