The Board of Regents met at the call of the President.  Present:

H. G. Blasdel, President, and A. N. Fisher, Secretary.



The communication of the State Register under date October 5,

entitled, "Report of Register No. 1 Concerning Selection for

Individuals", and requesting selection in behalf of A. W. Pray

and E. D. Sweeney, which was laid over at the last meeting of

the Board, was taken up, and on motion, was ordered returned

to the Register with instructions that the lands therein describ-

ed, being double minimum lands, cannot be sold for the amount

deposited ($1.25 per acre).



On motion, adjourned to meet at the call of the President.
