The Board of Regents met pursuant to adjournment.  Present:

H. G. Blasdel, C. N. Noteware and A. N. Fisher.



The minutes of the previous meetings of the Board were read,

approved and ordered signed by the President and Secretary.



On motion of A. N. Fisher, C. N. Noteware was requested to pre-

pare a Circular Letter of Instruction to the State Register

embodying the views of this Board concerning the selection and

sale of State lands and to report the same to this Board at

his earliest convenience.



Adjourned to meet at call of the President.
