The Board of Regents met at the Office of the Governor, May 24,

A. D. 1867.  H. G. Blasdel, Governor, C. N. Noteware, Secretary

of State, and A. N. Fisher, Superintendent of Public Instruction.



The Board organized with H. G. Blasdel as President and A. N.

Fisher as Secretary.



On motion it was ordered that the Chair appoint a committee of

one to prepare blank forms for Land Warrants and Patents, to be

issued in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled, "An

Act to Provide for the Selection and Sale of Lands Granted by

the United States to the State of Nevada", approved April 2,

A. D. 1867.



A. N. Fisher was appointed such committee and instructed to

report at 1 P.M. Tuesday, May 28th, to which hour on motion the

Board adjourned.
